MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- A Minnesota Vikings player has been placed on the COVID-19 reserve list.

Cornerback Patrick Peterson was added to the list Monday, according to a press release from the Vikings.

He played all 70 of Minnesota’s defensive snaps in Sunday’s loss to San Francisco, as well as seven snaps on special teams.

Sunday’s game was just Peterson’s second back on the field after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers.
