Hayley Raatsi

Hayley started at Northern News Now in December 2022 as a Digital Content Producer and was promoted to Digital Content Manager in August 2024. In addition, she runs and creates content for the My9 Sports social media pages.

Hayley is originally from Hibbing, MN where she graduated from the historic Hibbing High School in 2019. In addition, she received her Associate of Arts degree from Hibbing Community College at the same time.

Hayley moved to Duluth at the beginning of 2020 when she started attending the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She transferred from the University of Minnesota after she realized she missed the Northland!

Hayley graduated from UMD in December 2022, where she received a degree in Marketing.

After starting at Northern News Now, in October 2023, Hayley started running the My9 Sports social media pages. You can catch her at the UMD games taking pictures and live-tweeting game updates.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her golden retriever/yellow lab Kirill, friends, and family, watching her brother's hockey games, and exploring Duluth.
