Miller Hill Mall sues Pizza Ranch for $88K in unpaid rent
Mall seeks immediate possession of restaurant space

DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Miller Hill Mall has filed a lawsuit against Pizza Ranch, claiming the restaurant owes more than $88,000 in unpaid rent.
According to court records, the Duluth location has not paid its full rent in a year, with the balance growing month after month.
Mall owner Simon Property Group is asking a judge for immediate possession of the space.
The owner of the Duluth Pizza Ranch declined to comment.
