3 rescued in Park Point water emergency

DULUTH, MN. (KBJR) - Three young adults were rescued from Lake Superior after their jet ski overturned.
It happened just before 4:30 p.m. on Thursday near the 4800 block of Minnesota Avenue on Park Point.
Once the jet ski was overturned, it was no longer able to work.
Friends of the three young adults called 911 for help.
The Duluth Fire Department’s Marine 19 unit was launched and was able to bring them to shore safely.
No one was injured.
The U.S. Coast Guard and the St. Louis Country Rescue Squad assisted in the rescue.
