Beautiful weather to close the week, rain chances for weekend
TODAY: High pressure brings plenty of sunshine today with highs in the 70s to around 80 degrees. Temperatures will be coolest near Lake Superior along the North Shore. Clear skies continue overnight with lows in the 50s to upper 40s.

FRIDAY: We begin the day with some sunshine, but clouds increase during the afternoon with highs reaching the 80s to near 90 degrees. A chance for showers and storms moves in late Friday into Saturday.
SATURDAY: A chance for scattered storms continues, mainly during the first part of the day. Models are in better agreement for the weekend, bringing scattered showers during the first part of Saturday and potentially more rain for Sunday. Highs reach the 70s for most locations with cooler temperatures Sunday.
