Wilderness win at home in must-win game, forcing a game 4

DULUTH, MN. (KBJR) - The Timberwolves were not the only Minnesota team playing in a must-win game on Friday night.

The Minnesota Wilderness were back on home ice for game 3 after dropping the last two games in the NAHL Robertson Cup Playoffs just over 3,000 miles away in Fairbanks, Alaska.

The Wilderness began the first frame with a score of their own and hung onto the lead from there. They take game 3, 4-1 forcing a game 4.

They are back at home Saturday night. Puck drops at 7:15 pm.
