BEMIDJI, MN-- The Bemidji Police Department has been actively searching for Nevaeh Kingbird, who has been missing since late October.

After several high-intensity searches with the assistance of Nevaeh’s family, community input, surrounding departments, and K9 operations, all efforts to date have not helped locate the 15-year-old.

However, the Bemidji Police Department received information that she may have been wearing a red sweatshirt with a similar logo as below.

Bemidji Police officers are still asking residents to check any outbuildings, items with covers, and any other areas on their properties where someone may seek shelter, with hopes of locating Nevaeh.

Also, ahead of the fishing opener, anyone on the water should be aware of their surroundings and report anything that may be related to Nevaeh.

It is believed Neveah was wearing either a black zip-up hoody or a red sweatshirt with the above logo, blue skinny jeans, a white t-shirt or tank top, and black and red Nike sandals, refer to pictures above.

BEMIDJI, MN-- As police continue to investigate the whereabouts of a woman who went missing in October, they are asking the community to continue to help find her in sheltered areas on their properties.

Neveah Kingbird,15, was reported as a runaway on October 22, 2021.

Neveah’s last whereabouts were in the Bemidji area with friends.

According to police, a resident in the area of Washington Ave SW and Pine Grove Street SW, which is just south of Southview Terrace, reported a sighting of a young female in the area on October 22, 2021.

That was the last known confirmed location of Neveah.

Residents in the Nymore area and south to Hubbard County Road 9 are asked to check all their outbuildings, items with covers, and any other areas on their properties where someone may seek shelter.

It is believed Neveah was wearing a black zip up hoodie, blue “skinny” jeans, a white t-shirt or tank top, and black and red Nike sandals.
